The Basics of Your Stay

1. Check-in & Check-out:

   • Check-in starts at 1:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

   • If you’re arriving late at night, let us know in advance so we can accommodate you accordingly!

2. Happy Souls Only!
   Leave your worries and ego at the door. We welcome all travelers who bring positivity and good vibes.

3. Age is Just a Number (Within Range):

   • This is a space for young adventurers, so guests must be 18 to 40 years old to stay with us.

4. Taxes:

   • Standard GST rates apply to all bookings, as per government regulations.

5. Right to Admission Reserved:

   • We strive to maintain a safe, welcoming environment and reserve the right to refuse admission when necessary.

Policies to Keep in Mind

1. Mandatory ID:

   • All guests, including Indian citizens, must provide their original passport at check-in. We’re all travelers here, and this helps us keep that spirit alive.

2. Group Size:

   • To ensure a cozy, community vibe, we allow a maximum of 4 guests per booking. Please don’t make multiple bookings to bypass this limit, as these will be canceled with no refunds.

3. Pet-Friendly:

   • No kids under 18, but pets? Absolutely welcome (with a few restrictions, of course)!

4. No Cancellations or Refunds:

   • All bookings are non-refundable, so make your plans carefully. Cancellations or no-shows will still be charged in full.

5. Front Desk Hours:

   • Our front desk operates from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. If you’re arriving after these hours, please notify us in advance, as we don’t have a 24/7 reception.

6. Arrival Times:

   • Let us know if you’re running late! We’ll hold your bed until 6:00 PM unless otherwise informed. Unconfirmed late arrivals may result in cancellations.

 A Few Notes to Enhance Your Stay

• Respect the Vibes:

  • This is a community-driven space, so be kind, respectful, and friendly to fellow travelers and our team. Rude or disrespectful behavior may result in an early goodbye—no refunds.

• Stay Organized:

  • Use private lockers to secure your belongings (bring your own lock or purchase one at reception).

• Eco-Conscious Living:

  • Help us keep Goa green! We encourage eco-friendly practices like recycling and minimizing waste.

 

Parking:  

Free bike parking only. Paid car parking nearby (not controlled by us). We encourage eco-friendly travel (train, hike, bike..)
